The Hamery

The Hamery has been providing our customers with the best artisan aged country ham products for over 50 years. Our hams have been carefully cured, smoked with apple and hickory wood, and aged using Woods’ curing process – resulting in the unforgettable rich, classic flavor you will enjoy until the last bite. The Hamery aged country hams are time honored and slow cured for four seasons. A limited amount of hams are cured each year.

The Hamery also hosts the Winter Farmers Market every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, from November till May. We support local vendors and small businesses, helping the Murfreesboro community grow and thrive.
